GRAPES

We planted our vineyard over the past decade. Our varietals are Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, and Marsanne. They are hillside grown and dry-farmed. Dry-farming relies on the rain nature provides. We use no precious groundwater, nor do we use any chemicals, sprays, or herbicides. Dry-farming makes the vines struggle to produce grapes that have more flavors and character.
